The novelty and speculation around digital tokens suggest that NFT valuation cannot be examined directly as an econometric system, but rather as a social phenomenon. Hence, this study focused on building an effective valuation framework for NFTs, using transactional data from a recognized generative art collection in this segment. As a result, this work has provided an inventory of machine learning modeling designs that outperform conventional assetpricing solutions on different benchmarks. Empirical results have shown the superior predictive power of state-of-the-art Machine Learning algorithms over hedonic regression methods when dealing with NFT pricing dynamics.
