The project focuses on Grupo Ageas health care insurance and worker ́s compensation business lines with the purpose of understanding how SWORD Health, are mote physical therapy provider, can be integrated and piloted in both contexts. In order to reach this goal several analyses were developed to address the external and internal environment, willingness of the consumer to choose this type of provider, and resources, process and evaluation methods required to implement a pilot as well as the benefits of such implementation. Several recommendations were shaped to answer the overriding question during the project and to recommend futures after the project end.
