Resumo: The mobility market is being revolutionized due to the increasing market penetration of electric vehicles and their expected adoption by companies. This new eco-system enables new business opportunities for energy companies. Currently, EDP is “swimming in a lake of sharks”, in a highly competitive market, and wants to position itself in the market of electric mobility solutions for companies to take advantage of this development. After extensive research and market analysis, a marketing business plan was developed for EDP Frota Verde, a turnkey solution that will allow companies to join this revolution, having all electric mobility solutions in one place.
