A focus is set on the analysis of the company’s products, historical financials, historical M&A activity, management team and competitive advantages. Further the markets in which the company operates in are described and characterized. Moreover the respective competitive positioning is analyzed in-depth. The paper concludes with an overview of the end-user markets of the company.
