Resumo: The EU Post Lab project, co-funded by the DG Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission, is aimed at supporting administrative cooperation and information exchange at transnational level in the field of posting of workers in the construction sector. The project stems from the findings of the Post-Lab project, which assessed a set of practices capable of easing compliance with rules concerning the posting of workers, as well as for detecting fraud. The results of Post-Lab, which suggest pathways for improving cooperation and data sharing in the field of posting of workers in the construction sector, are detailed in the related Guidelines and Final Report1. EU Post Lab focuses on the role administrative data play in the identification of fraud in relation to the posting of workers, and entails the creation of a prototype database for strategic data sharing at transnational level. To this aim, the project brings together a network of stakeholders from 10 EU Member States.
