Resumo: This thesis seeks to provide a detailed analysis of Netflix, Inc.(NASDAQ: NFLX)and a recommendation on whether to buy, hold or sell its equity. For this purpose, a discounted cash flow model was built, which reflects information obtained from an in-depth research of the company’s business, streaming video on demand industry and rapidly growing competition known as “Streaming Wars”. Since this paper was written during the COVID-19 crisis, it also studies the impact of the pandemic on the company and its share price.
