As infraestruturas existentes e sistemas envelhecidos estão a ser pressionados para evoluírem e suportarem soluções financeiras mais seguras e de confiança. Existe uma necessidade cada vez mais elevada de automatização de processos bancários que são capazes de ser integrados com aplicações core já existentes. As instituições que procuram adaptar-se a mudanças de negócio vêem sistemas tecnológicos como um investimento que pode ajudar a gerar crescimento para o seu negócio e modernizar os seus serviços. Este estágio está inserido num projeto da Critical Software que consite num sistema bancário que integra com uma aplicação core de um Banco internacional. O objetivo da aplicação que vai ser desenvolvida durante o estágio é o de facilitar e acelerar o processo de intervenção da equipa de Suporte da Critical Software no que toca à correção de erros que podem ocorrer em processos de negócio bancários que estão a correr no ambiente de produção. O produto final deve integrar com módulos já existentes no actual sistema bancário da Critical Software. No final do estágio, é esperado que o produto desenvolvido suporte a geração de relatórios com a lista de processos bancários que entraram em erros de maior prioridade em produção, assim como permitir a manipulação e correção dos erros em processos de negócio.Financial institutions are being forced to adapt to a rising number of regulatory, risk management and efficiency requirements that must be met in areas such as money transfers and banking security. Existing infrastructures and ageing systems are under pressure to evolve in order to provide more secure, reliable and confident financial solutions. There is a rising demand for automated banking processes that are able to integrate with existing core applications. The institutions who are looking to adapt to business changes are viewing IT systems as an investment that can help generate future growth for their businesses and modernize their services. This internship is inserted in a Critical Software project that consists of a banking system which integrates with a legacy core application of an international Bank. The goal of the application that should be developed in the internship is to facilitate and speed up the process of intervention of the Support Team of Critical Software in the correction of errors than can happen in the business processes that are running in the production environment. The final product should integrate with the already existing modules of the Banking System project of Critical Software.
