A POETICS OF HUMAN TENSIONS: The case of the Acting Methodology of director Ciro Zorzoli in the context of the Buenos Aires Postdramatic Theatre

Resumo: | The following investigation article analyses the acting methodology used by the marplatense director Ciro Zorzoli so much for his acting classes like in the direction of his plays, in the cultural context known as Argentinian Postdramatic Theatre (period spanning from 1990 to the present). To achieve this goal, we analyze in the first section the relevance of the application of the category Postdramatic Theatre to the porteño theatrical field –coined by the German theorist Hans-Thies Lehmann in the year 1999-, taking into account the scope and the limitations of it. In a second section we will review the trajectory on the porteño theatrical field of the theatre director Ciro Zorzoli, and the main features of its conception of what stage performance is. In the third section we will analyze the paradigmatic case of the play Estado de Ira, to observe how it is reflected his acting methodology in a concrete example. The last section it will be the conclusion of the investigation, which will try to reveal us the assertiveness or not of the initial hypothesis. |

Para lograr este objetivo, analizaremos en la primera sección la pertinencia de la aplicación de la categoría de Teatro Posdramático acuñada por el teórico alemán Hans-Thies Lehmann en el año 1999-, al campo teatral porteño, teniendo en cuenta los alcances y limitaciones de la misma. En una segunda sección repasaremos la trayectoria en el campo teatral porteño del director de teatro Ciro Zorzoli, y las principales características de su concepción de lo que es la actuación escénica. En la tercera sección analizaremos el caso paradigmático de la obra Estado de Ira, para observar cómo se ve reflejada su metodología de actuación en un ejemplo concreto. La última sección será la conclusión de la investigación, la cual intentará revelarnos la asertividad o no de la hipótesis inicial.O artigo de investigação seguinte analisa a metodologia de representação utilizada pelo realizador de Mar del Plata Ciro Zorzoli, tanto nas suas oficinas de representação como na direcção das suas peças, no contexto cultural do que é conhecido como teatro pós-dramático argentino (período de 1990 até ao presente). Para atingir este objectivo, analisaremos na primeira secção a relevância da aplicação da categoria de Teatro Pós-dramático - cunhado pelo teórico alemão Hans-Thies Lehmann em 1999 - ao campo teatral de Buenos Aires, tendo em conta o seu alcance e limitações. Na segunda secção, iremos rever a trajectória do realizador de teatro Ciro Zorzoli no campo do teatro de Buenos Aires, e as principais características da sua concepção de encenação. Na terceira secção vamos analisar o caso paradigmático da peça Estado de Ira, a fim de observar como a sua metodologia de actuação se reflecte num exemplo concreto.
