Resumo: | The main objective of this research is to analyse the degree of implementation of policies and strategies in various companies and special employment centres (CEE) in Spain. In both types of organizations, the most developed policies are those oriented towards external stakeholders. The management systems of selection and adaptation to the environment are those with the highest levels of deployment, while training and professional development are the least deployed. In companies, people with disabilities are perceived as the most involved group in terms of labour integration, while in the CEE the management team and the members of support units are perceived as more involved. This research helps HR managers to create the necessary conditions for all individuals to develop their competences, knowledge, experience and motivations in an employment context. |

En ambos tipos de organizaciones, las políticas más desarrolladas son las que se orientan hacia los stakeholders externos. Los sistemas de gestión con mayor nivel de despliegue son los sistemas de selección y adaptación al entorno, mientras que los de formación y desarrollo profesional son los menos desplegados. La empresa ordinaria es la que percibe al colectivo de personas con discapacidad como el más implicado en cuanto a la integración laboral, mientras que en los CEE son el equipo directivo y los miembros de las unidades de apoyo. El artículo ayuda a los responsables de Recursos Humanos a crear las condiciones necesarias para que todos los individuos puedan desplegar sus habilidades, conocimientos, experiencias y motivaciones en el contexto laboral. Para ello es necesario desplegar políticas y sistemas de gestión que promuevan el desarrollo de sus capacidades, dotándoles de las competencias y de los recursos necesarios para que puedan establecer planes ambiciosos pero realistas, que persigan el alcance de niveles de excelencia.Esta investigação tem como objetivo principal analisar o grau de implementação de políticas e estratégias de integração em várias empresas e centros de emprego especial (CEE) em Espanha. Em ambos os tipos de organizações, as políticas mais desenvolvidas são as orientadas para os stakeholders externos. Os sistemas de gestão mais utilizados são os de seleção e adaptação ao ambiente, enquanto a formação e o desenvolvimento profissional são aqueles a que menos se recorre. Nas empresas, as pessoas com incapacidades são percebidas como o grupo mais envolvido ao nível da integração laboral, enquanto nos CEE a equipa de gestão e os membros das unidades de apoio são percebidos como sendo os mais envolvidos.
