Corporate norms are important for sustainability and social objectives and cannot be evidenced to social sustainability within behavioral norms and also as evidence to social sustainability, but they can also be important for the preservation of sustainability.As an application, private and public segments between the sector of each of these. Esse estudo, em específico, trata apenas de um dos pilares que é o da sustentabilidade corporativa aliada à crenças individuais das pessoas. O objetivo da pesquisa foi evidenciar como que as normas pessoais, os valores corporativos e as trocas sociais influenciam no comportamento voltado à sustentabilidade dentro das instituições e como que a Economia comportamental, a gamificação e algumas intervenções podem ser grandes aliados para promover atitudes sustentáveis. Como diferencial, analisou-se diferenças entre o setor público e privado através de aplicação de questionário em cada um desses segmentos.
