Resumo: The authors present a clinical case of an intracranial dural arteriovenous malformation with clinical manifestations of a prefrontal syndrome, documented with its respective diagnostic tests, including imaging studies. A number of considerations are being enlarged upon, concerning possible pathophysiological mechanisms.
