Resumo: This thesis aims to analyze how the different US energy policies and other events affected the investor’s decisions and, consequently, the share prices of the various solar companies on the days where the news became publicly available. With the conclusions drawn from the previous analysis, this study tries to understand if the investors were aware of the implications of the studied policies in the future of the solar industry and the environment.
