Resumo: The aim is to expose how multilevel constitutionalism is structured on those dialogues and its possibilities, especially on peripherical justice systems, as a tool for mitigating the injustices caused, especially to the most vulnerable groups. Based on a literature review, the article concentrates on the dialogues that support this multilevel movement: it delineates where the dialogues take place (the geography of the new multilevel legal space); how the dialogues flow (the methodology used), as well as the multiple meanings that the dialogues can have; and, at the end, it focusses on the subjects that engage in these dialogues. The purpose of this article is to establish a theoretical framework that accounts for the transformative constitutionalism proposed by the multilevel project, based on dialogues about human rights.
