Resumo: Taking into account that 15% of the world population has some disability, that only 12% of European tourism is accessible and that 20% of the world population will be over 60 in 2050 (WHO, 2011), it is easy to understand the importance that Tourism Affordable, Inclusive and Adapted takes over today. In this way, it is essential to provide and train tourist destinations with tools that allow them to make these destinations more comprehensive and welcoming, so that everyone can participate and have an active role in society and in all opportunities that are offered to them. Menu4ALL is a system that allows blind people to access the restaurant menus in an autonomous and free way, with no time constraints, with an indication of the composition of the menu with the dishes, drinks and respective price. In this way, Menu 4ALL aims to contribute to a more inclusive and participatory society.

Deste modo é fundamental dotar e capacitar os destinos turísticos com ferramentas que lhe permita tornar esses destinos mais abrangentes e acolhedores, de forma a que todos possam participar e ter um papel ativo na sociedade e em todas as oportunidades que se lhes coloquem. O Menu4ALL é um sistema que permite aos invisuais aceder de uma forma autónoma e livre, sem constrangimentos de tempo, aos menus dos restaurantes, com a indicação da composição da ementa com os pratos, bebidas e respetivo preço.
