Resumo: Present dissertation proposes the elaboration of a project for the city center of Niteroi, which reflects the recent condition of its cultural and historical legacy. The work seeks to study the characteristics of the Niemeyer Way Project and then aims to propose a meeting place for the communities established in the urban center, which assumes a multiple condition of valuing contemporary culture and heritage, in a symbiosis between the consolidated urban network and the enclosure destined for the cultural equation of the city - completely disconnected from it - as a catalyst for development of the territory and the society that inhabits it.
