Liberdade na Internet: que utilização é feita dos confessionários on-line?

Supported by Internet globalization, on-line confessionaries have become a recurrent alternative for the users who see confession as a necessity. The sense of freedom that this kind of tools allow their users to experience, specially considering the possibility to keep their anonymity, are features that define it as a resource in growth. The qualitative analyses of one hundred confessions collected from three websites was accomplished having as main factors the thematic selected, the attitude of the confessor, the type of language used, and the relation between these factors with the anonymity or identity of users. The obtained results reveal that on-line confessionaries are mainly used to unload and to search for help, and that anonymity has no direct relation to the kind of language used.
