Resumo: Taking advantage of the latest technologies, the retail industry has drastically evolved in recent years. Launched by Jerónimo Martins, Nova & Go store is an example of a revolutionary supermarket. With the purpose of further improving the Lab store’s daily operations, the slow-moving products stockouts were addressed in the present thesis. The replenishment process for slow-moving products was optimized, based on a demand forecast.
