Resumo: Education in and for Democracy is a challenge for all those participate in its social construction. The social and educational contexts have different answers and specific limits. To approach that question, it will be necessary attending to the principle of not ethnocentrism at school; to the social and culture diversity and how they fool with the educational process; and to the young people's participation in social and educational projects.
