On possibly nonregular mixed constrained problems

Resumo: In this paper we focus on optimal control problems involving mixed stateand control inequality constraints. A particular class of possibly nonregular problems,with mixed linear constraints, is considered and a new set of necessary conditions ofoptimality for such problems is derived. Essential in that derivation is the assotiationof the class of problems under consideration with an auxiliar problem which hasboth regular mixed constraints and pure state constraints. The necessary conditionsobtained are stated in terms of measures.
