The present paper focus on Angola Armey Forces and their refurbishing as its object of study, in accordance to the Constitution of Angola in 2010, before the callenges of a globalized world, geographical stabilization mission and the up-holding of Angola interests. The objective of this paperwork is a bibliographic, documental, constitutional and legislative reflection both about Angola Army Forces mobolization and the conception of their refurbishing Project in different areas, particularly ther structure, material and training, as well as areas, partucularly in several real projects and, the sum wil allow the existence of Modern Army Forces, which are able to comply their constitucional mission and the reconstructution of Angolan society, in accordance to the new paradigms and objectives of development. This refurbishing of the Army Forces helped define their institutional structure, ther mission – indoors and outdoors . which could be empowered to defend the State, the adaptation of Angola external politics concerning to its regional missions, and its consecration in the constitutional texto f 2010 – the contribute of FAA (Angola Army Forces) to define the State- Nation; once being the very Constitution of 2010 that entitles the Army Forces their right mobilizacion – and defines its share in Angola politics – thus, it allowed their development of tecnology, training of cadres and purchasing of material needed to fulfill the ondoors and outdoors functions and strategic missiono of the State. The methodology in use in this pape ris based on thematic bibliography as well as on documents produced in Angola about the surveyind subject. Throughout the research it was mentioned the changing of constitucional instrument for peace and Angolan unity, to uphold the chan«llenges of modern army forces and to intervene outdoors in regional peace defense, desestabilization factores fight, democratic value threats and human rights. This evolucion pointed out Angola, outdoors perspective, as a regional power affirmation, and from indoors perspective, the peace allowed a remarkable development in its structure, economy and finance, and it took the society to life quality factores such as environment protection and investment on people and Professional trainings.
