Resumo: The professional praticum is the top stage of all the process of learning how to teach. Once you begin on the practical stage, the first thoughts about this procedure come alive, noticeable by the school environment I was working in. This internship took place at a school at Porto city, where I had the opportunity to grow as an individual and as a teacher. This report reflects one of the most important periods of my life, where I get to show you my opinions, based on the existent literature, and my personal experiences as a teacher throughout the past school year. This report is divided in three distinct areas. First, there's a biographic and personal chapter where I get to talk about the reasons that made me go this way, as my expectations and thoughts about what an internship is. Next, we have a whole section dedicated all my decisions and how I got to accomplish those, also talking about all the challenges I got to face. Area 2 is dedicated to the active participation in school and how that relates with the community, where I get to talk about the contribution of the school activities and how they got to shape me as a teacher. The last area is on my investigation study, that connects Badminton and the school environment, relating learning and hand eye coordination. Finally, this paperwork is about all the modelling process of a teacher over the past school year, outcome of this constant search for knowledge, that is so important to the performance of a Physical Education teacher.
