This document is part of the Professional Internship course, inserted in the study plan of the second year of the Master´s course of Teaching Physical Education in Elementary and Secondary Schools to obtain the Master's degree by the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. The Professional Internship aims at the acquisition of skills that allow effective teaching of Physical Education, the supervision of this process was in charge of a Cooperating Professor, teacher of the school and Teacher Advisor from Faculty of Sport. This document presents the experiences of the internship developed in the school year of 2013/2014, in the Dr. Costa Matos School and is organized in seven chapters. The first chapter contains a brief introduction. In the second and third chapters, we will focus on the personal background of the trainee teacher and the institutional setting respectively. The fourth chapter approaches the operational framework, where the focus will be on three key areas, Area 1 - Organization and management of teaching and learning; Area 2 - School Participation and Community Relations; and Area 3 - Professional Development. The fifth chapter is reserved for the conclusions and the sixth and seventh chapters for references and attachments respectively.
