Resumo: The Professional Internship (EP) inherent to the 2nd year of the 2nd Cycle in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education aims to provide the student with the opportunity to integrate and engage in the school community as an intern teacher. This way, it is possible to put the lessons acquired during their training into a real context of practice. It was at this moment, long awaited by me, that I managed to grow, learn and develop in the context of teaching practice. This Internship Report presents my experiences throughout the year of Professional Internship, held at Escola Secundária da Senhora da Hora. Among them, the pedagogical strategies used, my teaching-learning organization, and a research study that aims to assess the students' level of knowledge regarding the offer of internal and external school sports activities in the Senhora da Hora School Group, as well as their involvement in the same. Subsequently, some proposals are presented to be considered by the school district in order to make the school more active. This work marks the end of my training cycle, the Master's in the area of Teaching Physical Education, creating in me a feeling of enormous satisfaction, for achieving something that I wanted for a long time. All the learning acquired during this school year will be used in the future in order to improve my teaching quality.
