Resumo: | In a society in which image plays a preponderant role, in architecture, and in which the seduction of shapes overtakes the remaining real space's values, it is important to think about its role to build the architectonic experience. Image or any other visual representation are not completely capable to translate the environments conformed by texture, sound, temperature, smell, and other immaterial elements present in spaces because they only could be felt. It is this Architecture of All of the Senses that should be experienced by all the individuals, without exceptions, in an inclusive attitude allowing them to enjoy sensations using their own capacities and don't neglect the value of any sensitive organ of the human body. The living and sensorial experience of spaces will permit extracting from it an amount of occurrences which include vision, but also the other human senses, charging its user's memory with sensitive information, stimulus and not only images. This work will seek to demonstrate that the sensorial experience acquired from the relationship of human body and its surrounding architecture is possible, accordingly with its physical capacities, and intend to show in what way the creator elements of this Architecture of all of the Senses improve the relationship between spaces and its users. |
