It is intended to set an intervention program for the Study Area that considers water the central element in the sustainable building and reinvention of space, which implies: the local contexture of this resource (eg. Its abundance or scarcity), the understanding of their dynamics, functioning and articulation in the landscape (eg. How it appears and how it is distributed), and the knowledge of its influence on the growth/evolution the city of Lisbon.
