Resumo: This report is part of a master thesis that investigates the potential of five innovations for value creation in Smart Sustainable Cities. It analyses measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transports, focusing on the development of a business case for a Mobility-as-a-Service solution for the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. Primary(interviews with experts and survey)and secondary research is conducted. A value creation analysis is performed through validation with experts and financial viability assessment, and a sustainability assessment is performed using the Well-to-Wheel methodology. Both show that it is possible to ensure value creation while having a positive environmental impact.
