Resumo: This work presents the process of creating a tool that automates the production planning of the HFA company affiliated with Inova-Ria. At the base of order sequencing, there is the problem Job Shop Scheduling for which different approaches are proposed, integrating the Lean and TOC philosophies, and managing the allocation of human resources and restrictions linked to the practical context. It is left in open the development of stochastic tools and the analysis of the profit and associated risk. It is mentioned, as future considerations, batch sizing algorithms and a model based on complex adaptive systems to be implemented in machine learning systems.
