The professional internship report is a document carried out within the scope of the Professional Internship, inserted in the 2nd year of the 2nd cycle in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto (FADEUP). The main purpose of this document is to reflect critically on some important points that have developed during the year of Professional Internship. The internship year assumes a very important role in the personal and professional formation of trainee teachers and represents the culmination of several years of learning as a student of Physical Education and Sport. My professional internship took place at the Francisco de Holanda Secondary School, located in the center of the city of Guimarães and was attended by a trainee nucleus composed of two other classmates, an advisor and a cooperating teacher who supervised him. The document presented is divided into 4 main chapters, each of which is subdivided into several points, which result from the remarkable events of this year of Internship. This report will begin with a brief introduction, which will include the themes and events that I will develop throughout this document. Next, there will be Chapter 1, which makes reference to the "Personal framing", giving a little information about my path and my expectations. Chapter 2, intended for the "Professional Practice Framework", will describe the context in which my internship took place, giving some information about the School and the resident group. Then, Chapter 3 - "Realization of professional practice", will be devoted to the reflective account of the experiences and experiences that I had the opportunity to have during this year. Finally, Chapter 4 will be devoted to the "Research-Action Study", where I will realize the impact that I had as a teacher, in terms of physical fitness and motivation for sports, in students who did not practice any physical activity outside school . This study covers the students in my resident class as well as the students participating in the Functional Training Club (CTF). Finally, I will take stock of this whole adventure.
