The following document presents a set of experiences that I have experienced throughout my professional internship, as well as the aspects that I considered most relevant throughout my pedagogical practice, integrated in the second year of Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. The professional internship took place in a school that covers the two teaching cycles, located in the Archipelago of the Azores, in Terceira Island. The report and internship were conducted under the guidance of the faculty advisor and the cooperating teacher of the respective school. With this summary it is possible to observe the most important aspects of my evolution during my academic journey. This report is composed of eight chapters. Chapter I, "Introduction", expresses the purpose of this document. The II, "Professional Development", demonstrates a presentation both personally and academically, institutional and also the expectations it had in relation to this course. Chapter III, "Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning", highlighting the main themes of my intervention, such as the use of teaching models, evaluation, differences between cycles and reflection process. IV, "Participation in School and Community Relations" including some aspects within the school community, such as the management of indiscipline by school boards, the roles of teachers beyond teaching. Chapter V, "Research Project - Dropout in Sport of School Age" theme by chosen to develop my research. The remaining chapters VI, VII, VIII, refer to the "Conclusions", "Bibliographical References" and "Annexes".
