Resumo: The article explores the theme of best practices in the context of collective bargaining. Building on workplace agreements made in Autoeuropa and the mediation of labor dispute involving SATA and SNPVAC, we examine the steps that enabled the development of a negotiation and mutual understanding between trade unions and employers.
