Resumo: The Origin Myth, manifested by a primitive spirit in the ritual of a sacred symbol, is the oneiric ground central for this investigation. Consubstantiated through the artistic object, the absolute revelation of this eternal return would become visible (evoking Mircea Eliade) —this outset and beginning linked to aj end, would be the repetition of an eternal cycle. In the memory of this unlived experience, the model of an archaic ontology and the enchantment of this funerary cult would take place, thus constituted by a corporeal immanence. The present essay, divided by Principles, Mediations and Revelations, a triad of themes, first inquires about sacred ceremony, later about mythological symbols and iconographies, culminating in memorable archival and mortuary images. Transversely, the approach to an historical intersection of an anthropological field is affirmed as a reflection regarding its own place of belonging — the profound mythic essence of the human soul. Alongside this question would be my artistic practice, converging on this mythical theme by virtue of this conception of fiction, the dream as absolute reinvention. Such a creative demiurgic gesture would express the power of its own making, a sensitive thought. Echoing from the past, through contemporaneity, would be the essence of an author through the reminiscence of its own remains
