A partir da revisão da literatura efetuada, foi replicado o estudo de Baraldin & Danese (2019) num contexto diferente conforme sugerido pelos autores, o que permitiu identificar os principais fatores do lean manufacturing que impactam no bem-estar dos trabalhadores nas organizações. Neste mesmo estudo, Baraldin & Danese (2019) investigaram a relação entre as cargas de trabalho do Just In Time (JIT), as práticas Lean (SLPs) e as tarefas de solução de problemas, de forma a analisar se influenciam conjuntamente o bem-estar do trabalhador no que diz respeito ao engajamento e a exaustão.O objetivo deste estudo é perceber a relação das práticas do lean manufacturing com o bem-estar de trabalhadores num ambiente de trabalho operacional (chão de fábrica). Foi realizado um questionário numa multinacional alemã no Brasil. A amostra obtida possui 165 respostas de colaboradores. A análise fatorial exploratória demonstrou haver 8 fatores relevantes. Em relação a análise de clusters, pode-se identificar na amostra a existência de 3 grupos distintos, sendo o cluster 1 – alto nível de engajamento e exaustão; cluster 2 – nível moderado de engajamento e exaustão; cluster 3 – baixo nível de engajamento e exaustão. Além disto, foi realizada a regressão linear múltipla para identificar o valor de impacto dos fatores no engajamento e exaustão dos trabalhadores. A análise estatística permitiu identificar quais os fatores que influenciam o bem-estar dos trabalhadores num ambiente de trabalho com o lean manufacturing implantado, sendo as práticas lean e o ritmo de trabalho os que mais impactam de forma positiva e negativa, respectivamente. Os resultados indicam que a relação positiva entre as práticas lean e o bem-estar dos trabalhadores também podem ser identificadas no ambiente brasileiro, porém com algumas diferenças nos níveis de impacto no bem-estar.Over the years, lean manufacturing has been widely introduced in many types of manufacturing and service industries around the world, allowing for increased operational gains and creating a relationship between the work environment and the well-being of workers. Based on the literature review described, the study by Baraldin & Danese (2019) was replicated in a different context as suggested by the authors, which made it possible to identify the main factors of lean manufacturing that impact the well-being of workers in organizations. In this same study, Baraldin & Danese (2019) investigated the relationship between Just In Time (JIT) workloads, Lean practices (SLPs) and problem-solving tasks, in order to analyze whether they jointly influence the workers well-being in terms of engagement and exhaustion.The goal of this study is to understand the relationship between lean manufacturing practices and the well-being of workers in an operational work environment (factory floor). A questionnaire was introduced in a German multinational in Brazil. The sample obtained has 165 responses from employees. Exploratory factor analysis showed that there were 8 relevant factors. Regarding the cluster analysis, the existence of 3 distinct groups can be identified in the sample, being cluster 1 – high level of engagement and exhaustion; cluster 2 – moderate level of engagement and exhaustion; cluster 3 – low level of engagement and exhaustion. In addition, multiple linear regression was performed to identify the impact value of factors on workers' engagement and exhaustion.Statistical analysis allowed us to identify which factors influence the workers well-being in a work environment with lean manufacturing implemented, with lean practices and the pace of work being the ones that have the most positive and negative impact, respectively.
