This article describes the Traffic Telesurveillance system developed within the scope of the Project discipline, in 1996/97. The system is composed by one central station and several remote stations. The purpose of the remote stations is to detect occurrences by means of cameras and sensors and todo the respective registration. The central station does the control of the remote ones and all the communications are done by means of ISDN. The remote and central stations are 32 bits Windows applications. All the programming was done in C++ language and the aplication Microsoft Visual C++ 4.2 was exclusively used to develop all the code.
