Este filme é pensado aqui como um projecto de corporalidade autónomo. Uma exposição sobre particularidades na obra de Russell Dumas determinantes para a realização do filme em causa, a saber — a do trabalho do bailarino; a da interacção dos bailarinos e dos bailarinos com o coreógrafo; e a da relação entre o dueto desempenhado e a realização do filme —, permite uma análise sobre a especificidade própria da relação que o observador pode estabelecer com o objecto/acontecimento ABCDEFG (1994). Pretende-se detectar zonas de indeterminação e indiscernabilidade que permitem, no fluxo de inferências de cada percepção, situarmo-nos num território de experimentação da permanente e plástica reconstrução do espaço topológico do corpo. ABCDEFG (1994) is a film of a danced duet by the choreographer, dancer, and director Russell Dumas. This film is thought here as an autonomous corporeal project. Exposure of the particularities of the oeuvre by Russell Dumas, which determined the making of this film, — that is the work of the dancer; the interaction of the dancers and of the dancers with the choreographer; and the relation between the danced duet and the making of the film —, allows an analysis of the specificity of the relation that the observer may establish with the object/event ABCDEFG (1994).
