Since the first conceptualization of HybridWarfare by Hoffman in 2007, the term hasbeen used by politicians and academics torefer to a new concept of war strategy. Therefore, the use and definition of the term areimportant, considering the growing literaturein the academic field after 2014, with theannexation of Crimea by Russia. This paperaims to demonstrate the political-strategicperspectives of the Czech Republic on theissue of Hybrid Warfare, demonstrating thetendency to securitize hybrid threats. Later, adetailed analysis of information warfare isdone due to the relevance of the cyber dimension and the importance of disinformation asa hybrid threat in the security environment ofthe Czech Republic. It is concluded that strategic responses centered only on the Statemay be insufficient, and a joint effort withsociety is necessary to pursue the objective ofthe “Resilient Czech Society 4.0”.
