Resumo: Institutions should seize the Bolonha Process in order to assume a predominant role in their response to labour market necessities. This can either be done through the restructing of the curricula of their courses and masters programs or through training, so that both employed and unemployed are able to increase, upgrade, deversify and deepen their knowledge to improve their employability and, more importantly, to compete both national and internationally, thus enabling them to become a valuable asset in the organizations where they work. ISCAP has sucessfully done this by offering two courses, one in the accounting and taxation área and the other in translation.
