We conducted a literature review and proposed a total of nine constructs to be added to the ECM, namely complexity, competence, system capability, system transparency, individual mobility, perceived security and privacy, and physical fitness, all derived from previous studies and adapted to our model. The model depicts continuance intention as an outcome measure directly dependent on perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and physical fitness. The model was discussed in the light of propositions for future empirical research.
