Para que se compreenda a leitura do filósofo espanhol da dimensão técnica do viver, será necessário acompanhar, sobretudo, a análise que realizou na sua "Meditación de la técnica", ainda que seja inevitável remeter para outros textos profundamente articulados com esse curso universitário apresentado em 1933. / The text seeks to show how, within the scope of José Ortega y Gasset's philosophy, reflection on technical activity is inseparable from the peculiar way in which the Spanish thinker uses the phenomenological method.
