Resumo: | The objective of this didactic proposal is to harness the enormous potential of digital technologies to innovate our educational practices. The correct integration of free digital tools such as WordArt, LearningApps and Biteable in the Spanish as second language classroom can contribute not only to enhance student motivation, but also to develop new and crucial skills and abilities in the digital era to which we belong. For this reason, following the recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 on the key competences for lifelong learning (2006/962/ EC) 1 -developed in the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp 2.1) 2 -, through this didactic unit we intend to develop among our Spanish as second language students, in addition to the linguistic competence, the digital competence; that is to say, the creative, critical and safe use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the teaching-learning process. |
