Resumo: | Football has always been a modality whose competitive context is developed in an environment in permanent informational change, and the players, before a wide range of information, are able to adapt and make decisions consistent with the idea of the game that is intended for the team. However, this decision-making is closely related to the knowledge of the game, with training being a preponderant factor for such development. In this way, during this professional stage carried out in the scope of the 2nd Degree in Sports for Children and Young People, inserted in the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto and developed at Dragon Force Famalicão school, the objectives were: (1) to highlight the impact that Football can have a positive or less positive attitude towards training; (2) highlight the role and importance of the Coach, especially in the early stages of training; (3) understand the game and its increasing informational complexity, giving prominence to the mechanisms of perception, decision, action; (4) to highlight the value and relevance that the Training, from the younger levels, can have as facilitator of this increasing complexity, in order to enhance decision making, without neglecting all other dimensions; (5) contribute, through practice, to an exception training, which enables the coordination and guidance of practitioners in training and competition, through a reflexive, autonomous and responsible intervention. So, taking into account these objectives, I tried to discuss, throughout the literature review on some of the themes that allowed me to understand and answer some of the questions I put. At the same time, with the practice of sport, I was allowed to operationalize some of these responses, and thus demonstrate how the theory and practice could complement each other. In short, in the final considerations, we emphasize the importance that football can have in training if there is a clear identification of the purposes and objectives that guide it, through the creation of appropriate training models. We emphasize the importance of the coach as an indispensable factor in the orientation of sports practice, highlighting their role, their intervention and their behavior. We also elevate the importance of training, from the youngest levels, to adequately and responsibly prepare them for the increasing complexities of the game, through identification with the short, medium and long term goals. |
