Resumo: This article tries to question some aspects less well-known to the poetry of Vinicius de Moraes, emphasizing the interventionist nature of some of his books, in conjunction with in-depth understanding of the Poet correlations with the English Social Poetry of the 30s of the twentieth century, led by authors such as W. H. Auden, Stephen Spender and Louis MacNeice.
