O percurso de desenvolvimento profissional de uma Estudante Estagiária: das inseguranças às conquistas pedagógicas

Resumo: | The school placement is essential in the training process of a future physical education teacher, allowing us to have contact with the school reality and the difficulties that arise in this context, thus promoting learning and evolution. Being accompanied by two competent professionals, a tutor from the faculty and the school's co-operating teacher, makes the experience more enriching. This school year has been very challenging, leading me to adapt and adjust my planning daily to improve my performance and thus contribute to better student learning. This document presents the experiences of the school year, the problems encountered and their solutions. The teacher's difficulties in the first impact with reality are presented in the first period. In the 2nd term, she presents how she adapted to a new teaching model and established a positive learning environment, increasingly involving the students in the teaching-learning process. In the last term, although very short, the students continued to be the central focus of teaching. To conclude, a research study was carried out in which we tried to understand the evolution of the game actions and the overall performance of the students in a volleyball game. KEYWORDS: |
