This report was elaborated to describe and reflect on the experiences lived during the professional internship, carried out during the academic year 2018/2019 in a secondary school located in the city of Maia. The document is divided into five chapters: Introduction, with the contextualization of the professional internship; Biographical framework, being the most personal dimension of the report and the expectations in relation to the professioanl internship; contextualization of practice, where the cooperating school, the internship group and the resident and shared class are presented; The realization of professional practice, which is divided into three areas: planning, implementation and participation in the school and relationship with the community, which refers to participation in school activities, and professional development. The study has about the time of motor commitment using two different teaching models; finally, the Conclusion and perspectives for the future, which translates into personal reflection on the year of professional internship and my expectations for the future. Overall, I am very happy with the finish of my professional internship and the opportunity it gave me to put into practice all the knowledge acquired. This journey was an opportunity to develop my academic, professional and personal skills, always aiming at the transmission of knowledge and experiences that I was able to learn as a student at the Faculty of Sports of the University of Porto.
