Macau was not exempt from this crisis. In this master’s final work, the author used qualitative methods trying to discover how the SMEs in Macau adapted to what COVID-19 had changed with the use of information technology, following the process of conducting a thematic analysis. In total, four in-depth one-on-one semi-structured interviews were conducted, transcribed and analyzed iteratively to reach adequacy of examples.
