Resumo: This project contemplates a deep analysis over Gen Zers and Millennials’ consumption patterns, trends in general and, specifically, regarding Cod Fish eating habits The objective of this work project is to, throughout a better comprehension of these generations’ behaviors, help Riberalves to better target them and change their perception about Cod Fish being both complicated to cook and time consuming The outcomes of this project are a combination of strategies and recommendations divided into Major Projects difficult to implement, however very impactful and Quick Wins less difficult to implement recommendations, that require less organizational effort, but have less impact
