Resumo: | Education is an important instrument for development and social emancipation to eliminate inequalities and poverty. Recent studies confirm the impacts of poverty on children's development. This article seeks to identify the impacts of shared and community management, interpersonal mediation and the implementation of academic compliance programs, to mitigate inequalities and risks of burnout, bullying, harassment and corruption. The aim is to assess the impacts of democratic governance on educational institutions, learning, academic performance, improving the organizational climate and on management efficiency. From a theoretical-methodological point of view, I carried out a review of the scientific literature published in the Ibero-American space in the last decade and a statistical analysis of the Portuguese context for the period 2016-2020. It was concluded that the effectiveness of good practices of democratic governance will depend on the allocation of resources, which allow for emergency responses that promote social inclusion. The realisation of “teambuilding” allows the optimization of human resources management and improvement of the organizational environment. Creativity is fundamental in finding solutions to problem management. Compliance and mediation favor the improvement of the organizational climate, the efficiency in resource management and the improvement of teachers and students’ performance, creating an environment conducive to learning. |
