Resumo: In the mid-eighties was born a new name for the activity of the political press relations: the spin doctoring. Much has been said of spin doctorsand their way of acting, but we do not always realize the extent to which their actions differ from the normative model of the traditional media relations. Thus, this article propose to explain 36 techniques, actions and behaviours that result in a behaviour matrix of these sophisticated information sources operating in the service of governments, political parties and even private companies.
