Resumo: Few evaluations have been conducted to evaluate education games quality on software engineering, as software maintenance. To characterize the quality of educational games of support the teaching of software maintenance. For this, we conducted a heuristic evaluation of the educational games of support to teaching of software maintenance that are available in the literature. In general, the SimMS game presented a better quality compared to the MaintES game. However, it is important to emphasize that both games presented deficiencies regarding the educational elements category. The educational games of support software engineering, as software maintenance, should be improved to achieve the educational goals proposed by these tools.

Caracterizar a qualidade dos jogos educacionais de apoio ao ensino de manutenção de software. Para isso, foi conduzido uma avaliação heurística dos jogos educacionais de apoio ao ensino de manutenção de software disponíveis na literatura. Em geral, o jogo SimMS apresentou uma melhor qualidade se comparado com o jogo MaintES. Porém, é importante ressaltar que ambos jogos apresentaram deficiências quanto a categoria de elementos educacionais.
