Resumo: "Usability analysis in the development of a Social Media Website: Case Study - Canal Superior" is a usability study in the development of online media platforms , which focuses on the website of Channel Superior . The study aims to solve problems at the level of satisfaction , efficiency and effectiveness while using the online platform , understand wich design models can be applied to improve the use of it and see how college studends behave on the web.
