Resumo: Still human beings we are communicating all the time, verbally or not verbally. The communication in the health area is an essential tool for the practice, although, when it’s about bad news, becomes much more difficult if we think about the ramification for the patient. In this way becomes essential the existence of guide lines of actuation, to take uniform a difficult procedure in some sensitive area like oncology is.
